About The Position

cFocus Software is seeking an Analytic Methodologist to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in the Washington DC, MD, & VA area. This role requires an active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance. The position involves developing and applying advanced analytical methodologies to intelligence problems, designing analytical frameworks, and evaluating analytical approaches. The Analytic Methodologist will also train analysts on analytical methods and critical thinking, assess analytical products for rigor and bias, and collaborate with analysts to improve processes and outcomes.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance
• Master's degree (PhD preferred) in relevant field with 8-12 years of intelligence analysis or methodological experience
• Expert in structured analytic techniques and intelligence tradecraft
• Experience developing and teaching analytical methodologies
• Deep understanding of cognitive biases and analytical pitfalls
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
