About The Position

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Supplier compliance quality analyst (f/m) to join its Supplier compliance management team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada). This role involves working jointly with operations and procurement teams, ensuring adherence to quality requirements and validating supplier issues raised by operations. The team is structured to promote autonomous cross-collaboration, mutual support, and collective learning. The analyst's role is to take necessary contingency actions with suppliers to protect operations from external non-quality issues, while collaborating with internal teams to define production line issues.

Requirements

  • DEC in engineering or aeronautics with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Knowledge of standards and regulations (AS9100, TCCA, FAA, EASA)
  • Solid experience in problem solving
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Analytical mind and ability to solve problems effectively
  • Demonstrate leadership, autonomy and ability to work in a team
  • Flexibility to communicate with certain suppliers in a different time zone
  • Good work structure for efficient work organization
  • Strong ability to synthesize and document information
  • Awareness of any potential compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity

Responsibilities

  • Influence and facilitate communications between internal and external stakeholders
  • Be a change agent to promote the culture of quality throughout the company
  • Investigate and identify future risks
  • Synthesize simple to complex situations for presentation to different levels of management
  • Communicate and work with different cultures located in different countries
  • Act as an Airbus representative to A220 suppliers
  • Take necessary contingency actions with suppliers to protect operations from external non-quality
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define issues encountered in the production line
