About The Position

We are looking for a senior GIA Analyst who will play a key role in supporting business sectors and IT teams for the design, evolution, and implementation of access models to information systems. This person will actively participate in the integration of applications to an Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution based on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). In an agile and collaborative environment, you will contribute to strengthening access governance while ensuring an optimal experience for users and stakeholders.

Requirements

More than 8 years of relevant experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) in a similar role.
Demonstrated experience with IAM solutions, particularly SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
Good knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools.
Excellent understanding of IAM concepts and frameworks.
Experience working in Agile and SAFe environments.

Responsibilities

Support business sectors and IT teams in defining access management needs.
Design, document, and implement access models for applications and information systems.
Participate in the integration of applications to the SailPoint ISC platform.
Analyze roles, access profiles, and approval processes to ensure secure and compliant access management.
Contribute to the evolution of access governance practices and frameworks.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment between operational needs, security requirements, and business objectives.
Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies and contribute to planning and continuous improvement activities.
Provide recommendations and act as an advisor to teams involved in IAM initiatives.
