About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SailPoint Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and administering SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions. This role involves implementing and managing Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle management, provisioning, aggregation, reconciliation, access certifications, and role-based access control (RBAC). You will be responsible for implementing Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies, developing SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, and custom connectors. Experience with Active Directory (AD) and LDAP integration, Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID, and REST/SOAP APIs is crucial. The role also includes onboarding applications into SailPoint IIQ, troubleshooting and performance tuning of IIQ, and leveraging CI/CD & DevOps for SailPoint deployments. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS and a strong understanding of IAM Security Best Practices and Governance are essential.
