Desjardins Business centres are responsible for supporting an entrepreneurial clientele in various sectors, with the goal of helping them grow their businesses. We have several opportunities in financing in different regions of Quebec.

Requirements

Experience in financing
Experience in financial analysis
Experience in business development
Experience in structuring commercial transactions
Experience in client relationship management
Knowledge of industrial and manufacturing sectors
Knowledge of business transfer processes
Familiarity with financial analysis of non-retail client files
Ability to issue recommendations and perform financial structuring
Ability to prospect, solicit, develop, and maintain business relationships
Ability to provide customer service and sell specialized products and services

Experience with large-scale commercial transactions
Experience in specialized advisory services

Responsibilities

Supervise and support a team of financing analysts.
Analyze and recommend financing solutions, including business turnarounds and structuring major commercial transactions (industrial, manufacturing, and business transfer sectors).
Ensure business development, file follow-up, and compliance with standards and regulations.
Conduct financial analysis of non-retail client files of moderate complexity.
Issue recommendations and carry out financial structuring.
Take charge of, prospect, solicit, develop, and maintain business relationships with members and clients who have specialized needs in advisory services.
Provide customer service and participate in the sale of specialized products and services through various distribution channels that meet the needs of members and clients according to current strategies and practices.
