The Master Data Analyst is responsible for responding to requests and maintaining master data in SAP systems, as well as ensuring the update of various data/extractions to produce reports for the Supply Chain department. Le/la Analyste, Données Maîtres est responsable de répondre aux demandes et maintenir à jour les données maîtres dans les systèmes SAP, de même que d'assurer la mise à jour de différentes données/extractions pour produire les rapports du département Chaîne d'approvisionnement. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree completed or 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Strong ability to work with multiple software tools (SAP, Excel, Word, Teams)
Fluency in oral and written French is mandatory
Oral and written fluency in English is required for regular communication with customers, partners, and/or colleagues, whether in Canada or internationally
Attention to detail, rigor, and speed of execution
Ability to manage priorities and multitask
Strong organizational skills and autonomy

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Alteryx
Project management skills
Experience with SAP HANA

Responsibilities

Create, manage, validate, and track changes to Master Data
Act as a subject matter expert and resource on Master Data and SAP by simplifying and standardizing data for product launches, and by leading continuous improvement projects to achieve operational excellence
Coordinate data changes with internal and external stakeholders, as needed
Create and update various dashboards for supply chain teams based on the master data lifecycle
Maintain and document all changes
Update compliance documents on a monthly basis
Manage and approve employee access requests
