Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum of 5 years working experience.
  • Experience in Supply management is an asset.
  • Experience in Operations is an asset.
  • Experience presenting to executives and Team.
  • This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
  • The selected candidate will be required to complete a criminal background check and any applicable clearances with respect to the handling and transfer of controlled goods. Employment is conditional upon the successful completion of these checks and obtaining the required clearances. Failure to do so will result in the withdrawal of the employment offer.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure flawless execution of the IMF-Command Center mandates of commitment integrity, dependable delivery to all customers, and transparent communication.
  • Drive the adherence to processes in Supply Management, that contributes to the improvement of material flow.
  • Enhance the communication with Engine Center and OPM to drive the right priorities and provide the best engine flow and part clearance for planning and communication purposes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Producers, Engine Center and the Industrialization team in order to drive effective communication routines.
  • Manage escalations as required to support flawless delivery to customers.
  • Manage engine clearance reporting.
  • Manage prioritization of RFAs, QNs and QM Lots through Engineering and Logistics Centers.
  • Drive strategic projects to improve our tools and processes.
  • Clearly communicate deliverables to the Engine Center.
  • Clearly communicate expectations to producers.
  • Drive adherence to processes inside supply management for the right utilization of XRM and SAP.
  • Participate in daily exchanges with engine center.
  • Drive weekly communications with the Industrialization team.
  • Drive quarterly Engine Program Governance Reviews with Executives.
