About The Position

Nova Bus, a member of the Volvo Group, is a leading manufacturer of city buses and a major player in public transport in North America. The company is modernizing its business systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment to support its manufacturing operations and digital transformation. This is a 12-month mandate for an ERP Business & Functional Analyst, starting as soon as possible, with a hybrid work model (2 days/week in St-Eustache). There is a possibility of renewal and conversion to a permanent position. This new role was created due to the difficulty in recruiting a permanent employee. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing business needs, gathering functional requirements, configuring and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions, managing incidents and improvement requests, participating in functional testing, documenting processes, and supporting users in the evolution of ERP solutions. They will work closely with business teams, IT teams, and project partners to optimize processes and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis or ERP functional analysis
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
  • Expertise in Sales and Supply Chain Management modules
  • Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and evolution
  • Business needs analysis and writing functional documentation
  • Incident and service request management
  • Experience in functional testing and solution validation
  • Continuous improvement and business process optimization
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Functional French and English
