We are looking for a Business Analyst to collaborate on one of our projects in the Aeronautic sector. Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a data analysis, BI, or data governance role.
• Proficiency in Power BI (dashboard development, modeling, DAX).
• Proven ability to build and model databases.
• Bilingualism (French/English) required.
• Availability for occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Transforming raw data into relevant insights to support operational excellence and customer experience.
• Collecting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple platforms (Salesforce, Jira, Planisware, internal systems).
• Interpreting complex datasets and developing actionable recommendations.
• Build and model reliable, optimized databases tailored to team needs.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across multiple sources.
• Develop dynamic dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) for monitoring KPIs, projects, and operational challenges.
• Standardize reports, contribute to a unified governance framework, and ensure the consistency of key performance indicators.
• Participate in root cause analysis to resolve issues related to tool or data implementation.
• Collaborate on the integration of tools for tracking tests, validation cases, and issues.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and support managers in data-driven decision-making.
