About The Position

We are looking for a Guidewire Analyst to join our team. This role involves analyzing business needs and existing systems to recommend solutions that align with Guidewire Cloud ClaimCenter capabilities and the existing IT architecture, including solutions in a cloud environment based on AWS. The analyst will translate requirements into detailed functional specifications and oversee their development in collaboration with developer analysts. They will also collaborate with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure consistency and understanding of the solutions, participate in the evaluation of efforts, risks, and dependencies related to functional work, and contribute to the planning, validation, and production of solutions, including writing functional documentation and test cases. The role requires ensuring the alignment and consistency of work under their responsibility, respecting architecture, quality, and documentation standards. The analyst is expected to demonstrate accountability and initiative, fully investing in achieving objectives, using their autonomy with rigor, and acting proactively for their development in line with the organization's needs.

Requirements

  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in information technology.
  • Possess a Guidewire certification. Knowledge of property and casualty insurance.
  • Knowledge of Agile Frameworks such as SCRUM, Kanban. Experience with 'scaled agile' projects such as SAFe, LESS, DAD.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrate a spirit of collaboration, openness, and authenticity.
  • Mastery of the French language, both oral and written.
  • Functional knowledge of English, both oral and written, is required as the position requires communication with clients and partners located outside of Quebec.
  • Must be trained in Guidewire Claim Center certifications.
  • Legally authorized to work for any employer in Canada.
