About The Position

Infosys Consulting's Enterprise AI Practice is seeking an Analyst to envision and design business solutions using AI and build next-generation AI solutions for clients. The role involves designing and implementing AI agents and agentic workflows, developing AI products and integrations, and taking responsibility for a program track at a client. The Analyst also supports client IT transformation activities, communicates project findings and recommendations, and collaborates with project teams to deliver milestones. The position may require relocation and/or travel to the work or project location, with travel of up to 75%.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; the additional qualifications specify a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, with three years of progressive specialty experience considered in lieu of each year of education.
• 0–3 years of experience in backend or AI application development.
• Proven experience integrating AI agents into enterprise systems.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with and support project teams.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without employer-based visa sponsorship; Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role.
• Position may require relocation and/or travel to the work or project location.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale AI products using Claude, OpenAI, and similar models.
• Create multi-step agents and agentic workflows using LangChain, Google ADK, and related frameworks.
• Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), semantic search, knowledge graphs, and graph-based retrieval.
• Use prompt engineering approaches to produce relevant responses.
• Build data pipelines, API integrations, microservices, and Python AI/ML solutions.
• Design and build evaluation methods to ensure the integrity of AI outcomes.
• Build and maintain client relationships, understand client needs, and provide tailored IT solutions.
• Present project updates, findings, and recommendations to client executives and stakeholders.
• Run project activities and work with stakeholders through IT transformation processes.
• Collaborate with project teams to support clear communication, effective collaboration, and timely milestone delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and foster continuous learning and professional growth.
