About the Role We are seeking an Analyst to join our real estate investment team. This role will support underwriting, portfolio analysis, and business development initiatives across our single-family rental (SFR/BTR) platform. This is a highly analytical role with exposure to both investment decision-making and growth strategy, i deal for someone early in their career looking to build a strong foundation in real estate investing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
• 2 - 4+ years of experience in real estate, investment banking, consulting, FP&A, or analytical roles
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
• Highly proactive, strong leadership skills
• Demonstrated experience operating in an AI powered workflow
• Exposure to underwriting, valuation, or business case development
• Analytical mindset with ability to connect data to business decisions
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to real estate investing (SFR, multifamily, or residential)
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, Sigma, or similar tools
• Interest in business development, partnerships, or growth strategy

Responsibilities

• Support underwriting and financial analysis for new investment opportunities, partnerships, and business development initiatives (cash flow, yield, IRR, scenario modeling)
• Partner with Business Development and Investment teams to evaluate new opportunities, including builder relationships, portfolio deals, and strategic partnerships
• Analyze portfolio performance across key metrics including occupancy, rent growth, expenses, and NOI
• Build and maintain financial models to support both new opportunities and ongoing portfolio insights
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform growth strategy
• Assist in preparing investment memos, presentations, and reporting materials for internal stakeholders
• Track pipeline activity and support alignment between underwriting, deal strategy, and execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Property Management teams
