About The Position

Broadridge is hiring an energetic analyst for its Corporate Planning & Analytics team. The analyst provides analysis and insight into key business drivers and plays a role in budgeting and forecasting, analytical projects, and initiatives. The position is part of the Elite Athlete Program. The role involves managing internal projects from initiation through completion, using administrative and coordination skills, and completing work with limited supervision. The analyst may also serve as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.

Requirements

Understanding and application of procedures and concepts within the analyst's discipline, along with basic knowledge of other disciplines.
Knowledge of how the team integrates with others to accomplish team objectives.
Ability to provide solutions to atypical or infrequently occurring problems based on practice and established precedents or procedures.
Ability to explain technical information within the team.
Specialized skills or multiple skills developed through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience.

Responsibilities

Plan, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation through completion.
Coordinate and secure required resources, using formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes.
Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules.
Identify project problems and obtain solutions, such as reallocating resources or changing contractual specifications.
Ensure projects are completed on time, according to specifications, and within budget.
Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions.
Perform clerical or administrative work and use data-organizing and coordination skills to complete work.
Complete duties according to established procedures.
Provide informal guidance and support to more junior team members.
