We're looking for someone to occupy the role of Analyst, but we've got to say, we're kind of picky. And we're dead set on finding someone with a desire to tell stories with data, all in support of developing great work for our clients. We dig the type of people who can see beyond the mountains of data files, usual metrics, and obvious results. We want explorers, critical thinkers, and innovators to help push our capability forward. Insights from our team should help identify new growth opportunities as much as they support amazing, creative ideas. As an Analyst within the Measurement & Analytics practice at A&G, you will provide data & analytic services in support of our clients' marketing efforts to make their programs smarter and more impactful. You will maximize our clients' return on marketing investment through ongoing program measurement, disciplined in-market testing, and results-based performance management. From acquisition to retention to winback, you will transform multi-channel data into actionable, integrated marketing intelligence while building cross-functional partnerships internally & with clients.
