About The Position

We are seeking an Analyst to join our successful Healthcare Portfolio Solutions (HPS) team in Atlanta. A successful candidate will contribute to the team in a variety of ways, but will primarily focus on creating client-ready deliverables from our proprietary healthcare real estate strategies. This position will specialize in: Creating client ready deliverables by extracting data and maps from our software packages Interpreting data to tell a story and creating innovative ways to present and visualize Mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint High-level analytical and problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking capacity Assist on projects from initial brief to finished product with significant self-direction and limited oversight Responsible for many operational and administrative functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in a professional company environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote and Word) with a high emphasis on PowerPoint
  • Expertise with other data analytics tools, and data visualization applications
  • Working knowledge of the ESRI platform: ArcMap/ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Applications a plus
  • Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Continuously identify process improvements and be solution-oriented
  • Able to work in a high volume and deadline driven environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-oriented in planning and proofing
  • Positive, winning attitude
  • Willingness to learn
  • Self-starter, but also a team player, with aptitude to successfully balance multiple priorities
  • Prioritize workload appropriately to meet competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • MHA preferred.
  • Commercial real estate and/or healthcare experience is ideal, but not required.
