This role drives business development and account management activities, playing a key part in the growth of the ecosystem. It involves working closely with seller partners, supporting their onboarding, transaction experience, and business growth.

Responsibilities

Manages accounts and drives business growth across a wide portfolio of sellers.
Conducts regular business reviews with top sellers to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Identifies and targets sellers who align with the strategy.
Facilitates smooth onboarding of sellers onto the platform, including assistance with item setup, offer content, PO creation, and coordination for inbounding processes.
Monitors and reports on business KPIs, including GMV and other performance metrics.
Continuously checks for inbounded items being live on site and regularly coordinates with relevant teams for inbounding issues.
Collaborates with multiple teams to find solutions to seller problems.
Requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
May involve working on various tasks that support the overall business objectives, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders involved.
