About The Position

This role requires an Analyst with expertise in TechSIGINT, specifically within the SEDB, THRESHER, WIRESHARK, ELINT, PROFORMA, MCSAP, MESAP, EWIRDB, and RTM domains. Due to federal contract requirements, candidates must be United States citizens and possess an active TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph. The position involves working with Software Developers and Systems Engineers to refine requirements, provide insights into application design, test developed applications, and offer feedback. Experience with various enterprise tools is essential.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph (Polygraph should be in the last five (05) years).
• Fifteen (15) years of direct/relevant TechSIGINT experience in signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and/or PROFORMA) and/or design and engineering or aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial systems.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Communications, or Computer Science fields or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Experience in the development and execution of signals analysis.
• Experience in the development and execution of requirements and test plans.
• Experience in the development and execution of training to ensure the delivery of high-quality software to the user community.
• Experience with various enterprise tools.
• Experience on a minimum of one (01) of the following legacy TechSIGINT applications: MARTES/FIS-MARTES, CATS, DEL, WEBENGRAFT, FISNET, FISMARKEТ, TEBAG, PacketSwing, STK, DVT, TASMANIA, CHAUEE, REDHAWK, MEERKAT, or ESP.

Responsibilities

• Perform signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and/or PROFORMA).
• Engage in the design and engineering of aerospace, communications, electronic, or industrial systems.
• Develop and execute signals analysis.
• Develop and execute requirements and test plans.
• Develop and execute training to ensure the delivery of high-quality software to the user community.
• Refine requirements with Software Developers and Systems Engineers.
• Provide insight in application design.
• Test developed applications and provide feedback.
• Work with other SMEs.
