About The Position

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Understanding of supply chain concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and adept at problem-solving with a proactive mindset.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

  • Align and execute global supply chain initiatives in support of business targets.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and risk assessments to evaluate supply chain projects.
  • Support inventory management and maintain appropriate Min/Max levels aligned with MRE Operations.
  • Stay informed about market supply trends and conditions.
  • Research product options, perform price comparisons, and assess purchase timing.
  • Maintain a robust supplier network for parts and equipment.
  • Develop and execute purchasing strategies to acquire commodities at or below market levels.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement both tactical and strategic sourcing plans.
