Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering).
  • 5+ years of Supply Chain experience
  • Strong data analytical skills; including analyzing supplier cost breakdowns and business case development
  • System Expertise in Ariba, Sourcing Workplan Tool (SWT), PowerBI, Qliksense
  • Process knowledge around end-to-end sourcing deliverables supporting program milestone progression
  • Proven ability to meet strict deadlines with high-quality work output
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong and concise communication skills enabling cross-functional understanding of Supply Chain business requirements

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate commodity selection, sourcing execution, and cross-functional alignment to achieve program targets and meet Supplier Engineering On-Board Dates (SEOBD).
  • Compile and maintain the Sourcing Tracker / SWT, consolidating target-setting status and commodity waterfalls aligned to program requirements.
  • Ensure on-time completion of IPQ packages with VHMs and coordinate SIR requirements to support sourcing activities.
  • Attend Sourcing PAT meetings with PD Program Management; communicate program status, risks, timing, and support needs across Supply Chain and Site STA.
  • Coordinate Supply Chain and Finance inputs to support program financial requirements, localization initiatives, and capital investment changes.
  • Support Purchasing Strategy and coordinate purchasing activities for cost studies, ILVS/sequencing studies, make-vs.-buy analyses, and tooling/purchase order placement.
  • Represent Supply Chain in NML forums and establish purchasing resource priorities to support program deliverables and escalation needs.
  • Serve as the Supply Chain PoV owner for the program, preparing status reports and providing milestone inputs to GPDS Integrator, corporate BPR, and OESAR reviews.
