About The Position

The Analyst Supplier Collaboration supports analysis of supplier performance, inventory flow, and product availability through data-driven insights. The role helps prepare supplier-facing performance reporting and dashboards, identify root causes of supply chain issues, and develop improvement recommendations. It contributes to initiatives intended to improve in-stock levels, lead-time accuracy, order reliability, and cost efficiency.

The analyst supports recurring supplier performance reviews by gathering and validating data, summarizing trends, and documenting findings. Working within established processes and with general supervision, the position manages assigned tasks and small workstreams, delivers accurate analyses and timely updates, and maintains supplier collaboration documentation, templates, and reporting practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supply chain or business role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, such as using the AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, centering printed pages, or creating pivot tables.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, supply chain, or merchandising analytics.
• Experience with SAP, BlueYonder, AS/400, DAA, Databricks, Python, R, or SQL.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supplier performance and inventory flow to support improvements in in-stock levels, lead-time accuracy, and order reliability.
• Build and update routine dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint, ensuring data accuracy and clear communication of key metrics.
• Collect, prepare, and validate data from systems and tools such as SAP, Databricks, BlueYonder, AS/400, SQL, R, or Python under guidance from senior team members.
• Support collaboration with suppliers, transportation, distribution centers, and inventory teams by providing data, assisting with root-cause summaries, and documenting performance issues.
• Prepare materials and standard metric reports for supplier discussions and support communication of performance expectations and trends.
• Assist in driving change as needed.
• Complete assigned analytical tasks for cross-functional initiatives that improve supply chain efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
• Maintain working knowledge of supplier collaboration tools and processes and help update documentation, templates, and reporting practices.
• Manage assigned tasks and small workstreams with general supervision, providing accurate analyses and timely updates to support broader project goals.
• Gather and validate data, summarize trends, and document findings for recurring supplier performance reviews.
