Analyst Senior, Revenue Operations
About The Position
This role provides an opportunity to work across a wide range of operational and strategic initiatives supporting key business priorities. A typical day includes analyzing data to identify trends or risks, building and refining processes to improve efficiency, developing presentations for leadership or clients, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working across multiple disciplines within a fast-paced environment. Please note: this is a full-time position with a required hybrid schedule in the posted location. Current and future sponsorship are not available for this position.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with data sets, reporting tools, or dashboards
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Experience building or improving business processes and operational workflows
- Strong communication skills, including creating presentations and interacting with clients or stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- 3–7+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or analytical roles
Nice To Haves
- Experience in payments, fintech, or EBT-related programs
- Advanced data skills (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, or similar tools)
- Experience working directly with clients or presenting to executive audiences
Responsibilities
- Analyzing operational and transaction data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Designing, documenting, and implementing processes to improve efficiency and consistency across programs
- Creating executive-level presentations and reporting to communicate insights and recommendations
- Supporting client interactions, including data requests, issue analysis, and solution development
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements
