About The Position

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in investment banking/venture capital/private equity/corporate development, with meaningful live transaction experience
  • Passionate about startups and new technologies
  • Strong financial analysis and financial modeling skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and think creatively and strategically
  • Undergraduate degree from a top college in a relevant field such as finance, engineering, or business
  • Demonstrated excellence in academics and/or extra-curricular activities

Responsibilities

  • Assist primarily on due diligence of new investment prospects, including financial modeling, customer diligence, market size analysis and other research, and preparation of investment memos
  • Join pitch meetings with members of the investment team to evaluate potential investments in innovative startups and new technologies
  • Use financial models and market research to assess the viability and growth potential of companies
  • Understand broader industry trends, major players and disruptive technologies impacting Energy Management and Industrial Automation.
