As the Director of Strategy & New Ventures, you will run strategy and launch workstreams inside Dow Jones's biggest new consumer bets. You will take a workstream from thesis to live product: build the case, build the model, shape the GTM, line up partnerships, and design the org. You will work on-site in our Midtown Manhattan office 3 days each week and report to the SVP, Consumer Ventures & Strategy. You Are: An operator, not just a deck maker; you can build and communicate the strategy, but also put it into action Analytical. You can build a financial model, understand user data and research, and know what questions to ask to evaluate an opportunity A consumer of media and news with a point of view about the future of the content and data business Comfortable with ambiguity and able to bring structure to complex problems Able to work with a range of stakeholders across levels, functions, industries, and geographies
