This position is designed to provide insights and analysis across Abbott Nutrition’s Therapeutic business with a specific emphasis on the effectiveness and management of our Sales Incentive program. In addition to strong technical and analytical expertise, this position is responsible for partnering with management to provide thought leadership and executive support to our cross functional partners in marketing, finance, and sales. The primary goal/objective is to oversee all operations of our sales incentive program from design to implementation, and provide analytical support with a clear point of view and perspective that recommendations and actions can be built on.
