The Sales Incentive Analyst 5 is responsible for working independently and setting the mid-term strategic direction, whilst exercising independent judgment and business acumen to work on and resolve highly complex issues that impact success of critical projects, valuable relationships and key business processes. The role leads complex, global incentive program initiatives. The Sales Incentive Analyst 5 may lead the activities of other professional staff (team lead), serving as an expert regional or functional subject matter expert. This role is responsible for mentoring and providing guidance and advice to colleagues in their own discipline. Note: This role may come into contact with confidential or sensitive customer information requiring special treatment in accordance with Red Hat policies and applicable privacy laws.
