About The Position

As an Analyst, you will play a key role in driving data-informed decision-making by analyzing complex data, generating actionable insights, and presenting recommendations to business stakeholders. You will be responsible for identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities that improve business performance, optimize operations, and support strategic objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in an analytical role or in a highly analytical and technical internship.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and financial modeling capabilities.
Intermediate proficiency in SQL, with experience in querying, data manipulation, and database management.
Proven experience using data visualization tools, with a strong preference for Tableau.
Solid understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques.
Strong understanding of statistical concepts and techniques, including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and forecasting.
Solid understanding of analytical techniques including: Validation of AB experimentation configuration, results, and impact on business, Using data to identify root-cause, Mix-Pure analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret complex data.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
Excellent business acumen and understanding of how data can drive business value.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong presentation skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders at various levels.
Ability to effectively handle objections and facilitate consensus-building.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Python, R, or other statistical programming languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze complex datasets from various sources to identify meaningful trends, patterns, and insights.
Apply statistical techniques and methodologies to extract actionable information.
Develop data-driven insights and recommendations that address business challenges, improve processes, and drive growth.
Translate analytical findings into clear and concise business implications.
Design, develop, and maintain insightful reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Tableau (preferred) or other data visualization tools to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
Build and enhance financial models to forecast business performance, evaluate strategic initiatives, and support decision-making.
Present analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, including management and cross-functional teams.
Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs, define analytical projects, and provide ongoing support.
Address questions, handle objections, and facilitate consensus-building.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality, streamline analysis, and increase efficiency.
