About The Position

The Senior Associate, Analytics will be an important member of the analytics team, dedicated to transforming complex data into applicable insights to guide results. We are looking for a proactive individual with a deep experience with data analytics, from data sourcing to visualization and interpretation. You will have a blend of technical expertise and business acumen, ensuring that insights are both data-driven and aligned with our goals.

Requirements

1+ year of industry experience in analytics.
Experience in SQL or other programming language.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Excel, Tableau, PowerBI.
Analytical skills.
Visualize and present data.
Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit.
Ability to manage multiple assignments.
Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

Source and compile data from multiple repositories, ensuring data quality and consistency.
Write SQL queries to manipulate large datasets, with an understanding of ETL processes.
Conduct comprehensive and replicable analyses to find insights from data.
Visualize data to tell a story and make insights clear to any audience.
Present internally to peers and department partners.
Stay updated on industry trends, developments in methodologies, and technologies to ensure best practices in analytics.
Collaborate with teams to understand business questions and provide data-driven solutions.
Help prepare presentations for partners, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in communication.
Explain findings and insights.
