About The Position

The Facilities and Field Services (FFS) Real Estate Analyst position will be responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of various leases, licenses, easements and other real property agreements in connection with O&R and CECONY real estate portfolios. In addition, he/she will be the real estate lead for negotiating the acquisition and/or disposition of real property, as required. Finally, he/she will perform ministerial and administrative functions in support of FFS Real Estate, as well as the larger FFS organization, in accordance with Company policy and mandates. The position requires an energetic, motivated and experienced professional who possesses strong written and oral communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with demonstrated initiative and commitment to safety, teamwork, and excellence.
