Analyst, Quality Systems (Two Openings)
About The Position
Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for two Analyst Quality Systems! This position will be located in Raritan, NJ. The role involves completing quality system execution activities, acting as a liaison between site and above site activities, supporting document lifecycle, and performing site superuser activities. The analyst will identify improvement opportunities, elevate potential risks, and assist in audit, investigation, and change control activities. They will also participate in department optimization efforts, lead selected projects, update Standard Operating Procedures, and drive alignment between local and global processes. Tasks must be performed in accordance with safety policies, quality systems, and cGxP requirements. Occasional support at off-shift hours with little or no prior notice may be required, and other duties may be assigned to support business continuity.
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science or equivalent technical subject area.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Systems/Quality Control/Quality related activities.
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong Collaboration and time management skills.

Responsibilities
- Complete quality system execution activities, including but not limited to Document/Records Management and Data Integrity.
- Act as a liaison between site and above site activities.
- Support document lifecycle and perform site superuser activities.
- Identify improvement opportunities and elevate potential risks to management.
- Actively assist in Audit, Investigation and Change Control related activities.
- Participate in department optimization efforts.
- Take the lead on selected projects assignments following them through closure.
- Update Standard Operating Procedures and related documents.
- Drive alignment and efficiencies between local and global processes.
- Perform tasks in a manner consistent with the safety policies, quality systems and cGxP requirements.
- Provide occasional support at off-shift hours with little or no prior notice.
- Other duties can be assigned to support business continuity.
