About The Position

OMG23 is looking for an Analyst, Programmatic to join its media team. In this role, you will learn the intricacies of programmatic advertising while supporting campaign setup, optimization, and reporting for major entertainment brands. You will collaborate with senior team members to ensure smooth campaign execution, troubleshoot issues, and provide insights to enhance future work.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
1+ years in programmatic in the digital media, advertising, strategy, or partnership space
DV360 experience required
Comfortable managing campaigns across display, video and OOH
Proficient with Excel and data organization
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong communicator (written and verbal)
Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments
Proactive problem-solver with sharp critical thinking
Breaks down complex ideas into simple, actionable takeaways

The Trade Desk and Amazon experience a plus

Responsibilities

Help set up and optimize programmatic campaigns across DSPs including DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon.
Monitor pacing, campaign flights, and budgets.
Keep internal documents up-to-date, including pacing charts, optimization logs, and trafficking sheets.
Troubleshoot and collaborate across teams to keep campaigns on track.
Support day-to-day client communication and campaign documentation.
Stay current on account verticals and industry trends.
Partner with internal teams and vendors to understand tools, data, and platforms.
Pull reports, track KPIs, and highlight performance insights.
Ensure proper tagging and trafficking processes are accurate.
Share learnings to improve future campaigns.
