Truist Securities is the full-service corporate and investment banking arm of Truist Financial Corporation. This requisition is open to 2026 Truist Interns only. Applicants who were not 2026 Truist interns will not be considered. The Corporate and Investment Banking Analyst Program begins with up to seven weeks of classroom instruction covering capital markets, products and services, accounting, corporate finance, systems, and financial modeling. After training, Analysts join a product or industry group, supporting senior investment banking professionals. Responsibilities include creating and analyzing financial models, developing client presentations, conducting industry research, and serving as key members of merger and acquisition and capital raising transaction teams. Analysts provide credit underwriting support, draft information memoranda, develop management and investor presentations, and facilitate the deal process. The Investment Banking Analyst position is typically a two-year role, with a potential for an additional year. The majority of Investment Banking Analysts will be placed in Atlanta, GA.
