This position may have in-office requirements depending on candidate location. We are looking for an Analyst, Product Research to join the USRM Business Lines, Line of Business Management team. The USRM Business Lines, Line of Business Management team plays a pivotal role in driving and enabling the success across our Business Lines organization. Some of our key mandates include: Developing and maintaining best-in-class products, capabilities, and product-related experiences. Developing, evolving, and driving our line of business strategy for core lines of business. Partnering with key leaders across the organization to execute strategy initiatives. This role is within the Contract Strategy & Design group and supports the following lines of business: Auto and Workers Compensation. In this role you will: Own, maintain, and assess compliance for forms and contracts for both in-market and new products. Manage multiple Business Lines form and contract initiatives. Analyze information from various resources to develop recommendations. Independently drive revisions with a focus on quality and customer centricity. Own communication of recommendations/changes to impacted stakeholders. Research and answer inquiries related to coverages, forms, and contracts from the organization and provide recommendations. Monitor bureau and state activity, evaluating impacts on existing products. Collaborate with the Product Filings team on achieving approval of filings from regulatory authorities. Take a proactive role in identifying and leading process improvement initiatives. Promote cross-departmental collaboration in order to meet business goals. Innovate and collaborate with other teams to design and develop language for new products and product updates. At the end of your first year a successful candidate will complete all onboarding activities, demonstrate understanding of the forms development process, and with limited support/direction, own and complete projects meeting all target metrics.
