About The Position

As an Organic Search Analyst at Augurian, you’ll be in the work every day—analyzing client SEO and AEO performance, creating content that drives traffic, running technical optimizations, and learning how to connect all of it to the bigger picture. You’ll use tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Google Analytics to understand what’s happening and figure out what to do next. We’re looking for someone who is curious, hungry to learn, and dependable. You don’t need to have all the answers yet, but you need to want to find them. You’ll get exposure to AI tools, consultative client work, and strategic thinking—and you’ll have a team around you that’s invested in helping you grow. You’ll support a diverse client mix—from B2B organizations with long sales cycles to multi-location businesses in healthcare, retail, higher education, and grocery—giving you broad exposure to different business models early in your career. Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to inform SEO and AEO strategies.
  • Assist in developing on-page and off-page optimization recommendations.
  • Contribute to content optimization for search engines, answer engines, and user experience.
  • Create end-to-end content briefs to drive traffic through blog and landing page development.
  • Leverage foundational knowledge of crawling, indexing, and ranking to identify technical SEO opportunities.
  • Support the delivery and development of client SEO audits and diagnostics.
  • Execute technical SEO initiatives: redirect management, internal link optimization, backlink management, and more.
  • Begin using AI tools—AI-assisted keyword research, content drafting, SEO auditing—under manager guidance to accelerate execution and build fluency.
  • Explore and experiment with AI tools relevant to organic search; share discoveries with the team.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using analytics platforms.
  • Generate regular reports on organic campaign performance.
  • Assist in providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Collaborate with team members to present findings internally.
  • Communicate campaign strategies, performance updates, and recommendations clearly and professionally.
  • Address client feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  • Observe and learn from senior team members’ consultative client interactions to develop advisory skills.
  • Collaborate with paid media, analytics, and sales teams when cross-channel value justifies the investment.
  • Contribute analytical support to cross-channel initiatives.
  • Learn and effectively use analytics tools to streamline data analysis processes and workflows.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging tools to enhance your capabilities.
  • Contribute ideas for how AI and new approaches can improve team processes and client outcomes.
