Position Overview We are seeking an Analyst, Options to join our team in a combined trader and analyst role. This individual will be responsible for the management and implementation of option investment strategies, as well as the monitoring and trading of client accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting required
  • 1-3 years of experience in investments or financial analysis.
  • General understanding of common options trading strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • graduate degree and/or CFA or other relevant professional designation preferred.
  • Experience using Bloomberg, Orion, Moxy, or other order/trade management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on portfolio holdings, staying current on stock-specific news and events.
  • Manage customized client portfolios in line with investment objectives.
  • Research and develop tailored investment solutions for high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
  • Implement investment action decisions as part of the portfolio team.
  • Monitor account positions daily and ensure allocations align with client goals.
  • Generate and execute trades at the account level, investing new accounts and liquidating terminated ones.
  • Rebalance accounts in response to contributions or withdrawals.
  • Execute trades across multiple asset classes, with a focus on options and equities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate trade execution throughout the day, as directed by Advisors.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance trading processes and procedures to improve efficiency and execution quality.
  • Effectively communicate investment solutions and recommendations to advisors, supporting their efforts to serve clients.
  • Provide clear analysis on client accounts and rationale for portfolio management decisions.
