About The Position

The Regulatory Risk Analyst is an integral member of Hard Rock Digital’s Regulatory Risk team within Customer Operations. The role focuses on compliance, monitoring, testing, and documenting controls within operational teams, helping ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. The analyst will help develop and implement compliance monitoring frameworks, collaborate with internal stakeholders on risk management initiatives, and assess existing controls to identify gaps and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment with demanding and competing deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree, a related qualification, or Risk/Compliance experience in the online gaming industry.
• Ability to review and interpret data and activity to make accurate decisions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of gaming industry rules and regulations.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing compliance monitoring frameworks tailored to the organisation’s needs, including conducting regular reviews and updates.
• Engage with internal stakeholders across different areas to drive alignment and collaboration on risk management initiatives.
• Assess existing controls to identify gaps and weaknesses and recommend enhancements to mitigate compliance risks.
• Support compliance monitoring, testing, and documentation of controls within operational teams.
