About The Position

The Analyst, Marketing Measurement & Effectiveness will lead the efforts to measure, optimize, and report on all working marketing investments. Working within the North America Marketing organization, they will regularly collaborate with the full marketing organization, the Americas business organization, our global brand partners, and external agencies. This role will be pivotal in setting the objective framework for marketing and helping drive clear, measurable incremental results. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Media, Retention and Analytics. It is a hybrid role, working 3 days/week out of our headquarters in Stratham, NH.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience and professional achievements or a Bachelors/Master’s with a distinct focus in Marketing Measurement/Analytics.
  • Excellent data analytics skills with hand on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into simple, actional stories for key business partners.
  • Experience working with digital marketing data set platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, with a focus on analyzing performance metrics and extracting actionable insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to create and foster relationships across the organization based on trust and transparency.
  • A foundational understanding of the core principles of marketing measurement and modern marketing measurement frameworks.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications with Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, or other popular data visualization tools
  • Certifications in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, or TikTik Business Manager
  • Experience with Consumer Data and Consumer Data Insights
  • Experience with 3rd party data platforms like SimilarWeb, SEMRush, Google Trends or other data research platforms.
  • Experience with website infrastructure and data tracking

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of best-in-class marketing reporting, blending platform and business data through data visualization to help marketing leadership have better insight into holistic marketing performance.
  • Working with key regional marketing leads to help them better understand and optimize their channels through data visualization and storytelling.
  • Partner with regional teams on A/B testing, brand lift studies, and all other forms of data backed learning agendas with the intent of driving constant organizational growth.
  • Partner with Sr Manager on setup and review of all major measurement milestones with key agency and media partners.
  • Help establish new processes of communicating learnings across regional, global, and corporate organizations.
  • Partner with Sr Manager on ad hoc reporting requests to help identify consumer trends, understand business challenges, and determine opportunities to help achieve short-term and long-term business objectives for the region.
  • Partner with Sr Manager to continue to develop best in class marketing measurement by blending Mixed Media Modeling, Incrementality Testing, and Attribution to create a clear statistical perspective on investment choices.
  • Manager bi-annual data collection process for our Mix Media Modeling Studies and help establish key business questions and associated needs.
  • Become the subject matter expert on marketing measurement techniques including incrementality, mixed media modeling and 3rd party data platforms.
