About The Position

The Analyst, Marketing Generalist will report to the Senior Vice President, Communications. This role serves as a marketing generalist, supporting Communications, Events, Integrated Marketing, Thought Leadership, and the CMO. The position is designed to provide execution support across a range of marketing activities, improving coordination, consistency, and output across the organization. An important focus (30-40% of the role) will be digital engagement and how we use data to improve the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
CMS / WordPress experience a plus
MS Dynamics CRM experience a plus
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Working with the AVP, Integrated Marketing, support marketing operations activities including email marketing management and CRM tasks (list & data management, reporting, etc.)
Working with the Associate, Content & Digital assist with website content management updates, maintenance, and reporting.
Support development, production and maintenance of marketing materials, including presentations, content, and internal communications.
Assist with campaign execution, including content preparation, distribution coordination, and logistics.
Partner with Communications on internal and external messaging initiatives.
Support Thought Leadership efforts, including content development, editing, and distribution.
Assist with data tracking, reporting, and general marketing operations tasks.
Support budgeting processes, including tracking spend, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with reporting.
