About The Position

The Analyst, Loan Ops processes transactions involving the booking and servicing of mortgages, loans, and commercial loans for clients across Northern Trust business units. The role identifies and resolves problems within established guidelines, uses initiative while referring more complex issues to supervisors or experts, and works both independently and as part of a team. The analyst is expected to develop proficiency across the job’s areas and to run and create formal reports.
