About The Position

The Analyst Learning Operations will ensure that content is properly delivered, tracked, and optimized across platforms. This role will own reporting and insights, helping the team understand performance and continuously improve the learning experience. This is a hands on technical and analytical role requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot, connect data, and improve processes.

Requirements

• Chicago preferred with 2 to 3 days in office expectation
• Experience with platforms such as Saba, Oracle, or Percipio preferred
• Familiarity with Power BI or dashboard tools a plus
• Exposure to ThoughtSpot or similar analytics environments helpful
• Experience working in enterprise scale environments preferred
• Ability to operate in agile environment and respond quickly to issues

Responsibilities

• Manage LMS content publishing, configuration, and maintenance
• Analyze learner data and identify actionable insights
• Build dashboards across multiple systems including LMS and HR data
• Troubleshoot content and platform issues including SCORM and launch errors
• Serve as internal SME for learning systems and tools
• Optimize workflows between tools and platforms
• Support creation of basic digital learning assets as needed
• Leverage AI and tools to improve efficiency and performance
