About The Position

Lincoln Financial is hiring a Desktop Support Engineer to support our IT Technology office. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Windows desktop support and administration. Experience in Microsoft technologies including Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Configuration Manager is required. Expertise in Jamf, VMware, and macOS is highly desired. What you'll be doingWill be working on a variety of projects including:
Windows application installs
Windows remediation
Packaging/repackaging Windows Applications leveraging multiple tools  and deploying via SCCM
Extensive use of Wrapper Scripts to perform silent uninstalls/installs and custom configurations.
Working closely with multiple business lines for planning.

Requirements

• minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Windows desktop support and administration
