About The Position

As an Analyst, you are accountable for quantifying and measuring the success of our executions and for delivering insights that enable us to innovate the work we deliver at MFG. You will be partnering with analytics and cross-discipline team members, helping to create continuity between the various teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (degree in Analytics, or similar discipline is preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience working in a data-based role, preferably in a media agency
  • Natural affinity for numbers / data and a passion for playing with data to solve business problems
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint (Google Workspace apps a bonus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks and learn quickly
  • Highly organized and efficient under pressure

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with programming languages including R, SQL, and Python is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Everything with data (collection, cleaning, analysis and validation)
  • Communicate campaign insights generated by our analysis and share communication best practices internally
  • Support the wider Analytics team in implementing our measurement tools
  • Develop and present compelling and innovative presentations to the clients
  • Stay up to date on our product offerings and how they affect analytics
