Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of IT and/or business experience
  • Communication Skills- The ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and management, capable of successful formal and informal communication, speaks and writes clearly and understandably at the right level
  • Teamwork - Involves working well in a collaborative setting, supporting work team by volunteering for and completing assignments, acting as a positive team member by contributing to discussions, developing and maintaining both formal and informal relationships enterprise-wide, defines success in terms of the entire team through mentoring and knowledge transfer
  • Technical Expertise - Involves demonstrating a commitment to increasing knowledge and skills in current technical/functional area, keeping up to date on technical developments, staying informed as to industry practices, knowing how to apply relevant technical processes to appropriate business needs
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

  • Experience with actively using and managing data analytic tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • Experience creating documentation, process flows, and presentations using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Visio, Lucidchart, PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Customer Focus - Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal/external customers, gets customer information and uses it for improvements, acts with the customer in mind, establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect
  • Knowledge of emerging AI technologies and their practical application within product management and software development lifecycles.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of generative AI tools and effectively leverages them to support research, analysis, content creation, and problem-solving. Apply critical thinking to validate AI-generated outputs while adhering to organizational policies for responsible AI use, data privacy, and security.

Responsibilities

  • Performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, crafting user stories, triage issues, facilitate meetings analyze data and/or support functional/user acceptance testing.
  • Works on one or more projects both moderate to complex projects
  • Requires moderate guidance to manage work and time
  • Assist in planning and design of solutions via requirements gathering
  • Ability to produce clear, structured documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, functional requirements, and release/support materials
  • Ability to organize ambiguous or incomplete information into concise, actionable documentation
  • Create, maintain and manage clear, concise and comprehensive product documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process flows and release notes.
  • Experience using AI-assisted tools to support requirements gathering, documentation development, content generation and process optimization.
  • Create workflow models and process maps based on input from multiple sources, confidence presenting requirements, process flows, solution options, risks, and recommendations
  • Ability to prepare and deliver clear presentations, walkthroughs, and readouts to business, technology, and leadership audiences
  • Partner with development, QA, UX and business stakeholders to ensure documentation accurately reflects product functionality and requirements
  • Lead and facilitate meetings with Technology and Business Partners to gather needs and requirements, solutions, plans, estimates and troubleshooting
  • Track decisions, dependencies, risks, and follow-ups, proactively identify gaps, asks clarifying questions, identifies problems/issues and finds solutions
