Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years of proven experience
1-3 years of experience working in an analytical role
Advanced Microsoft Excel
Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal
Proven ability to develop and deliver presentations to peers, Flight Attendants, Crew Schedulers, FAST, Base leadership and Inflight leadership
Project management, presentation and analytical skills are essential
Proficient using Microsoft Office
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree
2 years of airline experience in Scheduling or Planning
Working knowledge of crew resource systems (preferably Cosmos)
Experience using Think-cell
Experience with CCS Administration or Inflight records

Responsibilities

Develops employee schedules and manages shift bids by function, producing final schedules for crew scheduling operations within designated systems, including Time Off, Training, and Meetings
Responsible for the development of short term and long-range plans, guiding strategic crew staffing for Inflight
Tasked with meeting and reporting monthly and annual crew productivity, reliability and cost targets
Completes cost analysis assignments for decision support and recommends opportunities for continuous improvement
Will leverage large data systems, EDW, Foundry, Inflight Records and will become Subject Matter Expertise with these systems
Identify trends, complete analysis to optimize base shift structure, and schedule line development as well as other programs
Ongoing analysis of operating procedures, developing strategic plans
Responding to ad hoc work/study requests from Division or Base Leadership
