Reporting to the Senior Manager, In-store Acquisition, this role supports the execution of in-field marketing and communications initiatives that drive customer acquisition and engagement. Acting as a key link between strategy and execution, this role ensures marketing assets, campaigns, and communications are delivered effectively, consistently, and on time. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in marketing, communications, financial services or retail is an asset
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors and managing deliverables
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; experience with creative or asset management tools is an asset
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, customer-facing marketing materials

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and execution of in-field marketing assets be means of producing design requirements, coordinating approvals, and ensuring timely delivery of assets
  • Manage marketing asset inventory, ensuring accuracy, availability and providing logistical support
  • Oversee digital display creative execution ensuring assets are updated, and optimized across channels
  • Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all in-field and customer-facing materials
  • Provide regular communications to external vendors supporting field updates
  • Analyze customer feedback and coordinate training updates as required
  • Coordinate and support events, including planning, logistics, execution, and post-event follow-up
  • Support the development of executive-level presentations, summarizing performance and key insights
  • Provide general support to the Sales Enablement team, contributing to ongoing initiatives and process improvements
