About The Position

The Cleerly Core Lab is a global team of imaging professionals dedicated to our mission of creating a world without heart attacks. We are seeking self-motivated Core Lab Analysts to join our US Imaging Services team. In this role, you will review and quality-check Coronary CT exams after they have been processed by our AI algorithms, ensuring comprehensive and accurate analysis for providers, hospitals, and patients. This is an ideal role for a Radiology Technologist with ARRT Certification looking to apply their clinical expertise in a highly operational, tech-forward, remote environment.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Radiography and active ARRT certification.
  • Strong general computer literacy (Google Workspace/Drive/Sheets).
  • High attention to detail, proactive attitude, strong written communication, and a deep respect for healthcare compliance and patient confidentiality.
  • Ability to sustain prolonged daily screen time requiring excellent visual acuity and color perception.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in CT, Coronary CTA, or 3D post-processing is a strong plus.
  • Prior experience with Google Workspace (GMail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, Confluence/Jira, and Zoom Video is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Review and quality-check Coronary CT exams after they have been processed by our AI algorithms, ensuring comprehensive and accurate analysis for providers, hospitals, and patients.
  • Analyze and refine AI-generated outputs from Coronary CTA exams.
  • Evaluate Coronary CTA exams for image quality and compliance with clinical standards.
  • Meet daily individual KPIs and productivity metrics.
  • Execute daily operational tasks efficiently in accordance with the established work plan.
  • Maintain open lines of communication across the global team, ensuring strict adherence to training protocols, standardization, and data integrity.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives by sharing feedback, contributing innovative ideas, and collaborating on team projects.
  • Assist with the development and deployment of training materials, and provide constructive performance feedback to team members as needed.
  • Engage actively in scheduled team communications and meetings, taking on leadership or ownership roles when delegated.
  • Take accountability for achieving daily metrics, proactively flagging operational issues, and participating in routine problem-solving to resolve workflow deviations.
  • Provide valuable operational feedback and clinical insights to support new product development when requested.
