About The Position

AI Signal Research, Inc. (ASRI) is recruiting for the Redstone Test and Engineering Services (RTES) contract in support of the Redstone Test Center mission to provide superior technical expertise conducting tests, analyzing the results, and reporting the results on systems, subsystems, and components related to aviation, missile, and sensor platforms.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical, science or business discipline from an accredited college/university and six (6) years of experience in one of the following areas: Communication, Logistics, Operations, Finance, Personnel/Human Resource Management, Program Management, Process Improvement, Safety, Security, and Environmental specialties.
  • OR Associate's Degree and eight (8) years of applicable experience in the assigned specialty area.
  • OR ten (10) years of experience performing the job duties in the assigned specialty area.
  • OR ten (10) years of military training in the specialty area, or a combination thereof, may be substituted for the education requirements.
  • Program Analyst – four (4) years of the required experience must include experience coordinating projects; collecting data, reviewing technical documents compiling statistics and data for projects; writing narratives, managing the execution of inspection programs, creating, monitoring, and maintaining audit files for program compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the division by providing technical, analytical, financial, and operational support for testing of aviation, missile, and ground systems.
  • Analyzes and presents test data, technical specifications, and financial reports, to ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
  • Ensures all aspects of testing are captured and properly documented.
  • Assists with developing detailed operational procedures.
  • Translates complex technical information into clear written and graphical formats.
  • Provides financial and programmatic analysis in support of divisional objectives and leadership decision-making.
  • Includes oversight and evaluation of directly funded and overhead activities.
  • Develops cost estimates.
  • Monitors execution of funds across multiple projects.
  • Tracks travel.
  • Tracks and reports on document due dates.
  • Documents and presents data.
  • Maintains situational awareness of divisional operations.
  • Provides schedule and funding data, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) numbers, to test teams and customers in alignment with approved test schedules.
  • Monitors burn rates and assesses progress against percent complete.
  • Tracks funding allocations and extensions to ensure uninterrupted support of active efforts.
  • Prepares recurring and ad hoc reports to support mission execution and performance analysis.
