About The Position

Analyzes and coordinates office services such as personnel, budget preparation and control, fiscal affairs, equipment utilization, records control, and special management studies. Under the direction of the Lead Analyst of Data Strategy, use a variety of tools to complete research projects in the form of reports, graphs, and presentations that communicate findings to various audiences. Research information on prospective donors to identify and evaluate prospects for major gift cultivation using various techniques. Independently ensure accuracy of the advancement database through consistent manual and automated data entry practices. Communicate with internal partners to accurately and efficiently fulfill requests for data updates, reports, and data interpretation. Support Lead Analyst of Data Strategy to apply statistical and analytical methods to provide insights and advice, such as analyzing gift officer performance and recommend strategy improvements. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in job related field plus two (2) years responsible related experience; or a combination of related education and/or experience to equal six (6) years.
