This role involves leading teams that drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve monthly sales targets and advance strategic priorities. It requires critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and remove blockers, analyze historical sales performance metrics to identify trends, anticipate risks, and uncover opportunities. The position will direct coordinated sales activities by reviewing partner performance, diagnosing underperforming accounts, developing recovery plans, and implementing solutions. Building and maintaining financial models to quantify program impact, tracking performance, and delivering data-driven recommendations are key. The role also involves driving rapid execution, resolving complex issues to enhance sales team performance, documenting risks and opportunities, and presenting executive updates. Engagement with cross-functional teams to extract data for target lists, facilitate business processes between sales, finance, marketing, and operations, and identify process improvements are also crucial. Partnering with supply chain and logistics for order fulfillment and revenue goals, implementing process improvements, defining objectives/KPIs, and leading cross-functional sales initiatives to accelerate revenue are part of the responsibilities. The role requires streamlining internal processes, complying with health and safety guidelines, protecting company reputation, and maintaining professional knowledge.
