About The Position

As a Fund Servicing Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will support fund servicing operations by executing routine transactions, collaborating with teams, and applying fund servicing knowledge to ensure smooth operations. You will help identify process improvements and use emotional intelligence to build relationships and influence positive outcomes. The role includes capturing and validating security prices used to calculate and submit mutual fund Net Asset Values (NAVs), analyzing pricing movements, working with pricing vendors to resolve issues, and researching exceptions.

Requirements

• Baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in fund servicing operations, including routine transaction execution and process improvement.
• Ability to use active listening and questioning to understand and address client needs.
• Ability to work flexible hours to cover occasional late finishes as demanded by the business.
• Experience in continuous improvement initiatives, applying innovation and design thinking to improve operational efficiency.
• Strong critical-thinking and independent decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine fund servicing transactions accurately and in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
• Collaborate with operations teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in fund servicing operations.
• Follow cybersecurity practices, detect possible threats, and implement measures to safeguard information and systems.
• Use active listening and questioning to understand and address client needs, build relationships, and promote understanding.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using innovation and design thinking to enhance operating-platform efficiency and resilience.
• Capture and validate security prices used to calculate and submit a mutual fund’s Net Asset Value (NAV).
• Analyze pricing movements against market expectations and work with pricing vendors to resolve issues and minimize risk.
• Research and resolve exceptions promptly and effectively.
