Make your mark in Gen AI Engineering
An Engineering Analyst for Gen AI, you will lead the design, development, and operationalization of cutting-edge cloud-native big data solutions that enable innovative AI models and analytics. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver data solutions that drive business insights and value, all while ensuring scalability and sustainability. Requirements

• Our Early Careers programs are designed for students and recent graduates who are beginning their professional careers, generally within one year of completing their degree.
• Bachelor’s degree, or candidate for Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, Math, or Statistics to be received no later than June 2027
• Available to start the Program on July 26, 2027.
• Analyst positions are in-person opportunities, requiring employees to work in the office at least four days per week.
• You have recent direct experience in data engineering, programming, and delivering scalable data solutions in work or school settings.
• You are proficient in cloud-native platforms and tools, including Hadoop, HDFS, Spark, Kubernetes, and ElasticSearch, to deliver high-performance data solutions.
• You have experience developing AI/ML models, with hands-on desire to use platforms like Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, and AWS SageMaker.
• You are skilled in programming languages such as PySpark, R, Spark SQL, Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with a focus on delivering efficient, well-documented code.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
